QA Manager

How does QA Manager sound like a role where you can make autonomous decisions that directly affect quality protocols and compliance? At Interchemie, you will lead the QA and QC teams, perform thorough analyses and play a key role throughout the organisation. Your impact here is not theoretical; It is measurable and directly linked to the strategic growth of the organization. This is the career progression you're looking for!

Your job

You walk into the office and the air fills with the familiar aroma of fresh coffee. The QA team is already busy, and you can immediately feel the positive energy. With our well-designed systems, we have all the tools you need to be effective.

You turn on your computer and start screening the most recent quality reports. Thanks to the cleverly organized data sources, you will quickly notice a small inconsistency. This is where your strong posture comes in handy, especially since you have to take into account a range of product groups, from medicines to nutrients and disinfectants.

In the afternoon, you will sit together with the leadership of various departments, including production, finance and sales. This is the versatility of working at Interchemie, and that's what makes your role so unique. Thanks to the open communication and sufficient support from both your team and senior management, you will be well prepared. With a well-developed plan and thorough risk analyses, you can reassure everyone, even in the midst of Interchemie's dynamic growth and changing regulations.

Your day ends with a team meeting. Although the agenda seems full, there is a natural flow. Your team is well-trained and self-reliant, which allows you to focus on what's really important. This is your chance to really influence the organization, and highlight why it's so crucial to always work according to the right rules. With a last look at your agenda for tomorrow, you end the day.

This is an environment where quality is more than a checklist; It's a shared value and everyone is a part of it. Here you will not only be supported, but also challenged to reach your full potential.
